But where do you keep it all? How do you organize it? And most importantly, how do you preserve it? We figured that there had to be a better answer to those questions. The computer age has made it possible to record our memories in digital form, and the Internet has made it possible to share  those memories with others. But neither our home computer, nor the Internet looks out for preserving our personal content during our lifetime and beyond. That’s what made us think of Time Vault Trust. Time Vault Trust’s mission is to preserve memories. As good fortune would have it, once we posed that broad based goal other critical questions answered themselves. Q: Where do I put all my best photos so I know they’ll be safe and easy to find? A: In your personal online vault. Q: How do I organize my assortment of writings, video, documents, etc.? A: In a personal Web site that you can organize like drawers and folders. Q: How can I feel secure that my online files will always be around? A: By knowing there is a trust for that purpose. These are only a few of the features that occurred to us as essential for the Web site. While we are drafting the trust we are also developing the features that we think you’d most like to see. But we need to hear from you to know that for sure.
